As directors of Alpha Bulgaria Fund we have considerable experience and knowledge of the Bulgarian Investment Market. We have identified that the current economic downturn has created a climate where it is possible to acquire valuable assets at considerably less than their true value and so offer excellent potential for capital growth. We are looking to raise at least €50 million into the fund over the next year. Bulgaria has in recent years attracted considerable FDI and the fund is initially attracting investment from the Far East, Central Asia and the Middle Eastern markets.

STEFAN GUGUSHEV – CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF THE DIRECTORS
	Stefan Gugushev is a qualified lawyer with more than nine years of professional experience and the founder of Gugushev & Partners. He is member of the legislation commission in the Bulgarian Parliament. He is a member of the Association “ADVOCATES EUROPE”, a prominent member of the “Rules of Law” Institute and member in the Association for Internal and International Arbitrage, Sofia, Bulgaria. Gugushev and Partners is a fast growing law firm quickly taking its place among the leaders on the Bulgarian legal market through provision of high quality worldwide legal services to national and multinational corporations, financial institutions, and the Bulgarian government.
ELENA NENOVA - MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF THE DIRECTORS
	Elena Nenova is a qualified lawyer who has more than six years of professional experience and is a member of Sofia Bar Association. She has detailed knowledge of Bulgarian legislation, experience in providing consultancy services for foreign clients and in real estate and construction law. Her team offer legal services to foreign investors related to acquisition of real estate in Bulgaria
EVGENI NAIDENOV – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
	Evgeni Naidenov is a qualified accountant who has received his diploma for Master in Accountancy at “University for National and World Economy” - Sofia. Evgeni has more than eight years of professional experience. He has experience in providing written accounting reports, researches and financial due diligence in English; provides accounting services for foreign clients. He has experience in drafting the periodical and annual financial and accounting documents of public companies; He offers consultancy on taxation and profit from transactions with shares and listing on capital markets and stock exchange and advises on listing and delisting of companies from the capital market, increase and decrease of the capital of public companies and issuing of new shares;
VICTOR GUGUSHEV – INVESTMENT RELATIONS DIRECTOR
	Mr. Victor Gugushev occupies one of the key positions in the fund. Relying on its professionalism and experience in the management of different departments, he took over the post ‘Investment Relationship Director’. As a member of various national and international legal organizations, Mr. Gugushev has the experience and insight of what should be a rapidly developing public company like Alfa Bulgaria AD. Covering a number of additional qualifications, Mr. Gugushev knows that the respect and the personal contact with the customers is what pulls each company at the top and helped it to be amongst the best in the branch. This principle is leading for the new director and he has become a force for the entire Fund.
